A year after completing his military service, South Korean Actor Lee Min Ho is back onscreen together with ‘Goblin’ leading lady Kim Go-eun in a Netflix


The King: Eternal Monarch Cast /’The King: Eternal Monarch,’ a romantic fantasy drama that revolves around relationships of people from two parallel universes.

King Lee Gon seeks to seal the gateway between dimensions, while Jung Tae-eul, a police inspector, simply wants to protect other’s lives and their loves.


Lee first captured the hearts of many Filipinos when he played the arrogant yet sweet lead role of Gu Jun-pyo in the 2009 hit kdrama series ‘Boys Over Flowers’. He then came back to play more roles including ‘City Hunter’, ‘The Heirs’, and ‘Legend of the Blue Sea’.


It is written by Kim Eun-suk (“Guardian: The Lonely and Great God,” “Mr. Sunshine,” “Descendants of the Sun”), and directed by Baek Sang-hoon (“Secret,” “Who Are You: School 2015” and “Descendants of the Sun”) and Jeong Jee-hyun (“Search: WWW”).

“The King: Eternal Monarch” will be available on Netflix this April.
