“You have the most beautiful voice—well I should actually say the most beautiful voices—inside of you,” Heidi Klum lauded him for the last time. Klum has been a fan of Pomoy since day one of the competition.
“You are a champion and thank you for sharing your talent with us,” the former supermodel added.
In a poll conducted by Talent Recap, however, claimed that Pomoy has won by a landslide.
A week before the initial airing of the semi-final performances, Pomoy’s act got leaked. Nevertheless, the talent show released his performance earlier where he wowed everyone in his Celine Dion-Peabo Bryson rendition of Beauty and the Beast.
The Filipino singer awed the audience with his rendition of Queen’s We Are The Champions, while finalists Boogie Storm, Duo Transcend, Hans, and Russian Bar each showcased their acts for the last time.
In 2011, Pomoy brought home the grand champion title in the AGT’s Philippine spin-off Pilipinas Got Talent.
Indian dance crew V.Unbeatable claimed the grand winner title of the talent show competition.
