Some parts of the country will experience isolated rain showers due to the easterlies on Monday, November 16, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported.
In its bulletin at 4 AM, PAGASA said the northeast monsoon affecting northern Luzon will bring isolated light rains over Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley.
The rest of the country will experience isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds, moderate to rough seas will prevail over northern Luzon.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
