‘Crash Landing On You’ is now the 2nd highest-ranking Kdrama in cable history


Crash Landing On You (CLOY) released its final episode last night, and every kdrama stans are here for it!

The kdrama hit also surpassed Gong Yoo’s Goblin (2016-2017) for the highest viewership ratings in tvN history. According to Nielsen Korea, CLOY scored an average nationwide rating of 21.683 percent, with a peak rating of 24.1 percent, surpassing Goblin (its final peak rating reached 20.6 percent).

It started airing on tvN and streaming service Netflix from December 14, 2019 to February 16, 2020, starring Hyun Bin, Son Ye-jin, Kim Jung-hyun, and Seo Ji-hye.


CLOY follows the story of a South Korean heiress Yoon Se-ri (Son Ye-jin), whose paragliding adventure gone wrong and accidentally landed in North Korea. There she met North Korean army officer Ri Jeong-hyeok (Hyun Bin), who agrees to help her return to South Korea. However, as the story progressed, both fall in love with each other.
