CDO City Treasurer’s Office promotes use of online services

City Treasurer’s Office urges the public to use its online services to curb the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) infection rate in Cagayan de Oro.

Assistant City Treasurer for Operations Engr. Leonil Mistula said the online system’s implementation is under the ‘Zero Contact Policy’ in pursuant of Republic Act 11032 or ‘Ease of Doing Business Act,’ aiming to streamline government system and process in the country.

Through online billing, business owners can now apply and print out the following:

  • New business permit;
  • Business permit renewal;
  • Business permit quarterly; and
  • Real Property Tax

They can also process online payment, including:



  • New business permit;
  • Business permit renewal;
  • Business permit quarterly;
  • Real property tax;
  • City building fees;
  • Road and traffic violation;
  • Market stall rental;
  • Ordinance violation receipt (OVR); and
  • Other tax-related fees

Aside from efficiency, the 24/7 online tax payment and billing system will eliminate the need for business owners to visit the city hall for payment or fee computation physically.

Available payment option includes Visa credit/debit card, Bancnet, Land Bank, Robinsons Bank (online banking), Union Bank ug RCBC Bank, and cash payment centers such as 7-Eleven, ECPay ug Bayad Express.

Business permit renewal will start on January 4, 2021.
