CAPES Buklod Puso 2020: A celebration of love, life, and unity

Buklod Puso, an annual fundraising variety show, is back once again to celebrate love, life, and unity. Singing “one breathe, one life, our goal a better world” gleefully, the event will be held at the Event Center, Ayala Centrio Mall on February 17 from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM.

Spearheaded by the Cagayan de Oro Association of Private Schools (CAPES), the event will once again showcase a variety of talents and performances from different participating schools around the city. It’s a free fundraising show. However, the association will be distributing envelopes to its member schools for monetary donations.

Participating member schools must pre-register on or before February 13 via CAPES Secretary Evelyn Mosqueda through Facebook messenger group: CAPES Members. There will be no limit on the number of performers. However, participating schools are encouraged to consider the size of the stage. The number of seats available is also limited hence on a first-come, first-served basis.

The rehearsal date will be set on February 6 from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Centrio Activity Center.

Here’s a recap from last year’s successful variety show:

The proceeds of the event will be given to the CAPES CARES program featuring CAPES Scholars and three selected Heart Patients from the Northern Mindanao Medical Center.
