Cagayan de Oro City reported 283 new confirmed cases for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Monday, June 7, 2021.
BREAKDOWN: On June 5, the city logged 110 new confirmed cases, of which 67 are local index cases, 33 local cases with links, four local APORs, two local APORs with links, and four deaths. Meanwhile, on June 6, the city has recorded 173 new confirmed cases, of which 107 local index cases, 46 local cases with links, 11 local APORs, three local APORs with links, and six deaths.
With this, the city has a total cumulative of 8,037 COVID-19 cases.
Out of the total cumulative, 1,557 are active cases, 418 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), 1,138 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF), and one LSI/ROF.
Dr. Nery also announced a total of 180 new recoveries and 12 deaths over the weekend, bringing the total recovery and death cases to 6,122 and 358 respectively.
